Conrad joined Ranger Investments in 2004 and serves as Chief Investment Officer & Portfolio Manager. He also has research responsibility and oversight for the consumer discretionary and consumer staples industries. Prior to joining Ranger Investments, Conrad served as a Partner, Managing Director and Co-Chief Investment Officer for John McStay Investment Counsel, and also served as President of Newcastle Capital Management. He also worked as an analyst for Friess Associates after starting his career as a credit analyst with NationsBank (later renamed Bank of America). Conrad graduated from Davidson College with a B.A. degree in History.

Andrew joined Ranger Investments in 2003 and currently serves as President & Portfolio Manager. His primary research focus is on financials and energy. Prior to joining Ranger Investments, Andrew served as a Research Analyst for Ranger Capital affiliated investment funds and worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions group of Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein (formerly Wasserstein Perella & Co). He started his career as a Corporate Finance analyst for Dain Rauscher Wessels. Andrew earned a B.A. degree (Phi Beta Kappa) in Economics from Vanderbilt University.

Joe joined Ranger Investments in 2002 and currently serves as a Portfolio Manager & Managing Director. His primary research focus is on healthcare. Prior to Ranger Investments he served as a Portfolio Manager for RedHawk Advisors LLC and the Nancy Underwood endowment. Joe started his career at J.P. Morgan in the Discretionary Asset Management group and then joined the Investment Banking group. He earned a B.S. degree in Finance, Cum Laude, from Siena College and an M.B.A. degree from Southern Methodist University.

Brown joined Ranger Investments in 2015 and currently serves as Portfolio Manager and Director. His primary research focus is on technology. Prior to Ranger Investments, Brown served as a Senior Analyst for Cortex Capital Partners and Kleinheinz Capital Partners. He also held Analyst roles at EMS Capital, North Sound Capital Management and Montgomery Securities, and served as a Senior Financial Analyst and Assistant to the CFO at Yahoo. He earned a B.A. degree in Religious Studies from the University of Virginia, and an M.B.A. degree from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Devin is a Senior Analyst with research responsibility for the consumer discretionary and consumer staples industries. She joined Ranger Investments as an Associate Trader in 2015. Devin graduated Cum Laude from Davidson College in 2015 with a B.A. in Political Science.

Kevin joined Ranger Investments in 2021 and is a Senior Analyst with primary research focus on industrials, materials and business services. Prior to Ranger Investments, Kevin served as an Investment Analyst for Lunia Capital, was a Partner at Rich Vast Group and served as an Investment Associate for Citadel's Surveyor Capital. He started his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Guggenheim Securities. Kevin earned a B.S. degree in Economics, Cum Laude, with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Jeff joined Ranger Investments in 2021 as Manager of Sustainable Investing and Risk Analysis. He is responsible for overseeing ESG analysis for portfolio holdings and prospective investments along with accounting-focused risk analysis. He previously held consultant relationships with Ranger Investments and with Ranger International. Prior to Ranger Investments, he was a Senior Analyst and Principal at Behind the Numbers LLC. Jeff earned a B.S. degree in Economics from Texas Christian University.

Shelby joined Ranger Investments in 2018 as a Client Relations Associate and currently serves as Senior Associate for ESG & Client Relations. Prior to joining the firm, Shelby served as an Associate Developer implementing change management systems for a biotechnology company and was at the University of Arkansas as a Business Communications and Research Assistant. She earned a double B.A. in Communication Studies and Philosophy from Texas State University in San Marcos and an M.A. in Organizational Communication and Sustainability from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.

Brian joined Ranger Investments as an Associate Analyst in 2003. He has served as Head of Trading since 2005 and is also responsible for supporting the investment team through statistical analysis and portfolio analytics. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Southern Methodist University with a B.B.A. in Finance.

Mr. Norris joined Ranger Investments as an Associate Trader in November 2023. He assists the trading desk through execution management, internal reporting, and analytics. Mr. Norris graduated from Trinity University in May 2020 with a B.B.A. in Finance and Accounting and in May 2021with a M.A. in Accounting.

Marta joined Ranger Investments as Head of Marketing & Client Relations in 2021.Prior to joining the Firm, she was at Matarin Capital Management as Principal and Director of Client Development where her responsibilities included oversight of all client relationship management and marketing functions. Previously, she spent 16 years at Goldman, Sachs & Co. where she was a Managing Director and also had senior relationship management responsibilities for numerous institutional clients. Marta holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BS from the University of Florida.

Jillian joined Ranger Investments as a Marketing & Client Relations Associate in 2023. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in Economics and Southern Methodist University with a M.S. of Finance from the Cox School of Business.

Melanie joined Ranger Investments in 2021 as the interim Chief Compliance Officer and became the in-house Chief Compliance Officer in 2022. Prior to joining the firm, she provided independent regulatory compliance consulting as the founder of MHM Consulting and served as the Chief Compliance Officer of Matarin Capital Management. She held several other compliance consulting roles and was a founding member and Chief Compliance Officer at Credo Capital Management. Melanie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Notre Dame of Maryland University

Matthew joined Ranger Capital Group as an Accountant in 2008 and in 2022 joined Ranger Investments on a full-time basis. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at Texans Credit Union as a bank Operations Manager and Member Service Representative. Matthew earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance and an M.S. in Accounting from the University of Texas in Dallas. He holds a CPA license.

George joined Ranger Capital Group as an Operations Analyst in 2017 and transitioned to a full-time Senior Accountant at Ranger Investments in 2022. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for J.P. Morgan as a Fund Accountant and Senior Fund Accountant on the Institutional Fund Accounting Service team, after working in India, U.A.E, and Qatar. George earned a B.S. in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Laws specializing in Taxation from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala, India. He passed the intermediate examination of the Chartered Accountancy conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He holds a CPA license.

Bria joined Ranger Investments in 2023 as Staff Accountant. Prior to joining the firm, she worked for an outsourced financial services firm, as well as for Ernst & Young. Bria earned a B.B.A. and a master’s degree in accounting from Texas A&M University. She holds a CPA license.

Chelsea joined Ranger Investments in 2009 and assists members of the investment team by scheduling and tracking meetings, coordinating travel, and ensuring the office operates smoothly. Prior to joining the firm, she worked for Highland Stargate in the same capacity.
